Best seafood on the island

Great for take out especially now that Berkeley's is closed.

Very good seafood. We had the seafood platter. Very fresh and seasoned well. I wish they had more choices other than deep fried : maybe a grilled platter. Fantastic overall.

Wanted Ice to chill fish and I was charged. Nobody wore gloves

Favorite fish market. Stop here at least once every trip down.

Young friendly staff - clam chowder well done ( not thickened with roe needs more clams ) - but they make it and sell it cold .... a bit pricey... may come again.

No website. I wouldn't go to a place that doesn't even have a website of their own. That's so basic and if they don't have one then they can't be worth it.

CASH ONLY. Ordered several soups and was told to just pick it out when I got there. Little did I know that all "soup" is prepackaged and waiting in the fridge. On a side note, was hoping to buy a pint, all pints were gone. Had to buy 2 quarts and but they wouldn't change me for the cheaper price for a pint. Not cool. Heating up your soup while your take home dinner cools off stinks. Oh yeah..."oyster crackers" are an additional 25¢!

During all of this, I have to say it's one of the few seafood spots that stay consistent in their quality. Their cooked dishes may be smaller portioned but their rich flavor overcomes that small obstacles. Note: there is a line outside and a mask is mandatory.

Bought clams and lobster from here the last 4 years my family has been coming to seaside for vacation this place is amazing every time hands down well done keep up the good work wish I could give 10 stars as my husband and I are very picky

My friends and I were craving lobster rolls. We ordered 4 lobster rolls and shrimp and scallops in garlic sauce. We arrived and place has plenty of parking. The place is very clean with beautiful big scallops on ice. We got out food in Styrofoam containers. I didn’t think that was even allowed anymore. The lobster rolls had plenty of lobster which was great however the lobster was bland, watery and tasteless. The bread was was soggy and dripping, The French fries were rubbery and wet. (For the shrimp and scallop dinners) Shrimp was not deveined and scallops were tiny bay scallops Not the scallops we saw when we walked in the fish market. Overall they were fresh but not what we expected.

Expensive. Also the clams were open and not that fresh. I saw another guy ordering them and they were throwing them out as they picked through to find him fresh ones. Cash only is ridiculous for a seafood place.

Went here for the first time to pick up some seafood at the seafood counter. Friendly staff and looked pretty clean overall. They didn’t have a huge selection of seafood, but the most of the basics you would want at the NJ shore. Got home and the flounder was extremely fishy smelling. It stunk up the whole kitchen. It did not taste good after cooking either. The cooked shrimp were not good, had a chewy texture. The stuffed crab we got was decent, but overall we were pretty disappointed with everything. Maybe their prepared take out food is better, but was not impressed by the fish counter.
